04 / Terms
Three ways the centre becomes yours
Definite BOT
The whole centre transfers to you automatically, at a pre-agreed time, for a pre-agreed transfer fee.
Buy-over
Transfer is optional. You can buy out the whole centre at set intervals or when it reaches agreed milestones. Suits a centre whose skills are niche, or may not stay aligned with your technology direction.
Joint venture
Once the centre reaches critical mass, it is spun off as a joint venture. GECO and you work out the details together.
