We know we need AI, but not where to start. Can you help with that?
Yes. Most conversations begin there. We look at the processes your teams spend the most time on, and where your data already is, then pick the one or two places a working tool would pay back quickest — rather than starting with the technology and looking for a use for it.
Do you build the tools, or just supply people?
Both. GECO's own AI engineers build working tools — the three proofs of concept on this page are ours. We also place ML, AI and data specialists directly onto your programme when you are building in-house.
What happens to our own team?
They come with you. Upskill Today trains existing staff into next-generation skills over eight weeks, with IMDA, SkillsFuture, TeSA and WSG as approved training partners. Cohorts #48 and #49 were built specifically around AI capability for teams and leadership.
Who owns what you build?
You do. We build it around your content, your processes and your data, and hand it over. Under Build-Operate-Transfer we will also build and run the team behind it, then transfer that to you too.
